Blue Class News

Hello Blue Class,

 

I hope you are all enjoying your Summer holiday and having lots of fun.

 

When we spent the afternoon together I introduced you to our new topic of The Great Fire of London.  Before you return to school try and research about this event and complete the follow task:

 

 

 

Try and think of 5 different questions.  My example is:

 

What event happened in the capital city of England in 1666?

Well done Year 4! We had a fantastic trip away and you were brilliant. All the instructors commented on your excellent behaviour and impressive knowledge and skills.  Lots more learning fun will be had in school over the next few weeks.

Dear Mrs Moss, Miss Townsend, Mrs Moran and Blue Class Year 4,

 

We are all happy today.We have done ict and designed a football pitch. We have learnt a country dance too!

All having a wonderful time! We became Ray Mears yesterday and built fires, cooked bread and built shelters out in the wild. Problem solving and climbing were on the agenda and a Beacon walk today. Night assault courses and a wild wood walk wore us out last night. Everyone was in bed after cake and hot chocolate. Lights out at 10.15 and everyone was sound asleep by half ten. We will be exhausted tomorrow.

Dear All,

 

Thanks for your note Izzy! We arrived at just after 11am and have made our beds(slowly!!)and had lunch. Off for activities now. Everyone is fine and happy.  Have fun back at school. Hello to Blue Class Y3s from Miss Townsend and Mrs Moran.
