During our afternoon together you asked lots of questions about The Great Fire of London. Your fantastic questions will be very important to our learning this term.

Remember to write your Great Fire of London facts on your special paper. They will look great on our display! You will find the paper in the envelope you were given at the end of our afternoon.

Mini Olympics

Dear Yellow and Blue Class (year 3),

On Wednesday this week (16th June) we will be practising some sports in a 'Mini Olympics' in the afternoon as part of our 'sporting stars' topic.

Please can you remember to bring your P.E. kit and sun hats. Remember to apply suncream before coming to school, as usual.

Sporting Stars

What a fantastic start to our new topic! We have played netball, rounders and table tennis to learn the meaning of 'fair play' and we have chosen our new Wake and Shake: Hey Mickey!

This week our topic goal is to design a stadium using ICT. If you have visited a famous stadium, it would be great if you could tell the class all about your visit and what you could see at the stadium. It would also be a good idea to look for pictures of stadiums on the internet, as long as an adult is able to work with you.
